Breeding season at Arverne, Far Rockaway, and Jamaica Bay Refuge

Itinerary: By early June, birds are already nesting and laying on their eggs, some fledglings have even hatched. This walk focuses on beach species, then travels to Jamaica Bay Refuge on the A train. Bring a scope and lunch as well as sunblock, etc. Details of meeting site and time provided by leader after registration.
