Freshkills North Park and Staten Island tour

Focus: Grassland species in the newest park of the Freshkills complex; afterwards other Staten Island points will yield raptors, ducks and typical late season passerines.

Itinerary: North Park is the latest opening of the massive Fresh Kills park project, where grassland and brush species reign. A likely tour of other Staten Island locales is to be determined. Prepare for a day long experience .
