SUMMARY:Prospect Park: Introduction to Birdwatching
DESCRIPTION:Leader: Tina Alleva\n \nWe are requiring participants to register in advance. Each walk is strictly limited to 20 participants.\n \nWalk-ups will NOT be permitted. Masks which cover nose and mouth will be required to be worn at all times. \nChildren under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring binoculars if you have them.\n \nThis walk will meet at The Audubon Center at the Boathouse. Meeting time will be provided upon registration.\n \nREGISTRATION:  Registration is by email only\, to: tinamariealleva@gmail.com The registration period will open at 7 p.m. on the Thursday before the walk and will close at midnight on Friday.  Current club members will receive priority. Each person must register individually; you may not register additional participants. If you need to cancel please do so at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer someone your spot; no-shows will be moved to the bottom of the list for future walks. \nPlease don’t sign up if: \n\nYou have had a temperature or any sign of sickness or a cough within the last 14 days\nYou haven’t been vigilant about always wearing a mask in public places\, or if you’re in close contact with any others who may not be as vigilant with masks or have frequented high risk activities such as clubs or parties.\n\nWe want to ensure that everyone is safe and that we can continue these walks throughout the season. We hope to relax these policies as soon as it is feasible to do so. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to  birding with you! \n
