Itinerary: This stationary watch offers dramatic views of the Palisades and Hudson River. Broad-winged Hawks peak around this date. Bring a camp chair and watch the sky. The Lookout Inn refreshment stand should be open but good idea to bring lunch just in case. Heavy rain or overcast cancels the event.
