Canvassing Northern Queens and Worlds Fair Marina for Ducks

Focus: This trip is a rare Queens tour featuring three new locations, followed by a visit to the renowned Flushing Meadows-Corona Park and Meadow Lake. The day will begin at Worlds Fair Marina, College Point Wetlands, and Powell’s Cove Park, with opportunities to search for ducks and other bird species along the way. We’ll then explore Meadow Lake at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park before ending the day by 3:00 p.m., allowing for a daylight drive home.

Notes: Bring lunch, water, hot beverage, snacks, and a scope if you own one; dress accordingly for cold weather and wear good walking shoes.
