UPDATE: May 16th Prospect Park Saturday Spring Migration Walks

Dear 7:30 Saturday migration walk participants,
Due to the Brooklyn Half Marathon this Saturday, May 16th, the walk will meet at Duck Island just inside the main loop of Prospect Park. This is the island we check first thing each week before we head along the south shore of the lake. I suggest getting there early–by 7:15 the latest so that you are able to enter and meet the group in a timely fashion. We will continue along the south shore of the lake as usual. Hope to see you then.

Note: Walks typically go into early afternoon or later if the birding is great. Bring water, snacks and/or a sandwich if you plan to stay the whole duration–but feel free to leave whenever you want.
No registration necessary; however, if more than 20 people show up we will split the group.
