Spring Beach Cleanup + Birding at Plumb Beach

Come give some love to this special coastal bird habitat before nesting season on Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 9:00 am–1:00 pm.
We’ll focus on removing debris from the beach and surrounding areas; cleanup tools will be provided. Bring sturdy shoes, weather-appropriate layers, and—if you have them—binoculars and keen eyes for spotting both birds and trash.
Brooklyn Bird Club members will be attending to help with bird spotting and identification throughout the morning, though the primary focus of the event will be the cleanup rather than a formal birding walk.

Transportation: If you don’t have a car but would like to attend, we will help coordinate carpools once registration closes. Please indicate if you need or can offer a ride when you sign up.
